In Slovak-Czech Women’s Fund we decided to change the colours of our logo for a while. The reasons for doing so are the massive protests of Polish women against intended constitutional amendments reducing their full enjoyment of sexual and reproductive rights. We think that the protests we are witnessing all around should direct our attention also to the situation of women, situation of people facing discrimination and violence, the working condition of both male and female employees, and so on. Blood and darkness – red and black – are the colours of revolution, are the colours of women.
